This is my first Apartment build, and I am quite pleased with it. I actually think this is my favorite build. I don't know if it is because it is something different, but despite the smaller space, it feels very big and open. I complete gutted the original 930 Medina Studio, and laid down a new floor plan for the 13 x 28 space. It has 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. It has the warehouse loft like feel with a urban edge. It is completely furnished and ready for a family of four. Enjoy!!
